What is your refund policy

We want all our customers to be happy and we will do our best to serve you correctly. If for any reason you change your mind about a product, we will issue a refund on your order only if it meets certain conditions:

  1. Refunds must be requested by email within 30 days of the product’s purchase with original proof of purchase.
  2. The product must be unopened, unused, or altered in any way.
  3. The refund issued is for the price paid of the product and does not include the cost for shipping.
  4. The product must be obtained by Brewer’s Leaf Tea Co. before a refund is issued.
  5. The price of the return postage is to be paid by the customer.

 

What if I received the wrong product from what I originally purchased

If we mistakenly sent you the wrong product, please email us within 30 days with proof and we will send you the correct product on us. For our mistake, you will be able to keep the incorrect product free of charge while you receive the correct product that you ordered.
